Rules and commitments governing access to and use of the LE MONDE DE NISMA platform and its services.
1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms of Service define the terms and conditions for accessing and using the digital platform of NGO LE MONDE DE NISMA and its economic branch NISMA Services (services.m-nisma.org). Any user browsing the platform agrees to comply with all of these provisions.
2. Access to Services and Registration
Public access allows viewing projects, articles, and catalogs. Certain features (submitting membership applications, shop orders, access to courses and secure library) require creating a user account. The user guarantees the accuracy of the information provided upon registration.
3. NISMA Services Shop & Payments
Transactions on NISMA Services are processed via the secure FedaPay payment gateway (Mobile Money and credit cards). Orders are firm upon payment confirmation. Generated proceeds directly support the NGO's educational, social, and cultural projects.
4. Intellectual Property
All content (texts, logos, graphics, ebooks, courses, educational materials) published on the platform is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of NGO LE MONDE DE NISMA or its rights holders.
5. Amendments to Terms
NGO LE MONDE DE NISMA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to adapt to statutory and regulatory developments. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of user connection.
